Wow, I just finished this book last night and I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish! Very relatable characters, excellent pacing, and much like "Ruby Red Lips" and "So, About Last Night...", the story remains very grounded and 'real' despite the underlying supernatural themes. I really appreciate how there are no punches pulled in the (occasionally literal) visceral depictions of transphobia while still giving the characters plenty of opportunities for levity and joy. The narrative had me dying to know what was going to happen next and with an ending like that, I am absolutely chomping at the bit for a sequel. Easy 5 stars and I cannot wait to read what comes next!
