That.... is a fascinating bug, hadn't seen that one yet!  I'll look into it (Are you on Windows 10?), but as a workaround, you can easily hack your savefile :D  it's in %appdata%/Local/AIMatch3 , backup the enemies.ini and unlocks.ini and then add Nancy to enemies.ini and add Lilly to unlocks.ini.  That should get you going again!

Unfortunately, due to a hard drive crash, I lost the source code myself!  I'm betting your rewrite was based on the same code mine was, haha.  Because of a bunch of things (including the token generator now no longer being a thing), I was going to start over from basically scratch anyway.  I had actually implemented graphics into the build that never made it to itch!  I am sorry I couldn't share it.

Streamed it this morning, was a truly enjoyable game, wonderful music, gorgeous art, and a tough difficulty that was still fair and manageable.

Streamed this earlier, was quite fun!  Couple oddities in comparison to the original but all in all, very solid, enoyable.
